Diagnosis
Occiput strongly convex; female scape, femora and tibiae pale brown, male scape dark brown, femora and tibiae pale brown; scutellum smooth and shiny or with engraved and very weak reticulation; forewing speculum closed below; first gastral tergite smooth with weak reticulation in posterior 1/3; female gaster elongate and acuminate, MM/LG = 0.5, 6th tergite 1.5X as long as width at base and 7th tergite 2.1X as long as width at base; female with 1st gastral tergite with anterolateral part strongly setose; dorsellum short.
